Join us at The Cobalt Manor and Elizabeth Esther Cafe' to sample five of our new wines paired with a five course meal. Co-Hosted by Flight Club Uncorked Sommelier.

October 12th, 2024 at 6PM. $85.00 plus gratuity.





First Course- Grilled Shrimp Caesar Salad served with Sauvignon Blanc,  Sophie Bertin (France)


Second Course- Roasted Butternut Squash Soup served with Chardonnay, Simple Life (CA)


Third Course- Roasted Vegetable and Goat Cheese Flatbread served with Malbec, Bodega Cuarto Dominio (Argentina)


Fourth Course- Steak Gorgonzola Pasta served with Montepulciano, Nicodemi (Italy)


Fifth Course- Dark Chocolate Ganache Bites with fresh berries served with Appassimento, Casa Marrone (Italy)






Wine will be served in 3oz. portions with each course.
